What does it mean ? Like i see this expression everywhere but i don't understand it
To my understanding it's a meme from tiktok. Basically, that men constantly think of the Roman Empire. People ask their male partners how often they think of the Roman Empire, and they all reply as if they think about it all the time. (No real "why" to it, just supposed to be funny.)
So usually when I see this used it means it's something that someone thinks about often. Usually in a positive light, so it's like saying they like something so much they think about it a lot at random times during the day
