He is the crown prince. The king wasn’t allowing him to ascend as yet so he used the king’s persecution of the Persus family to stage a coup and take the throne. He appeared very briefly a few chapters ago. He seems to be a good ruler because he called his father greedy for coveting the Persus. And he appeared with the lady that is Atali’s confidant. Let’s hope it true.

he appeared more than once. he's been standing next to the emperor at the throne.
Well I am just unobservant. But honestly it doesn’t seem like he has much of a presence….I mean I did recognise the second prince as at least a prince….(￣∇￣")
