Out of 11 volumes in the novel I can't remember all. But well the ML got obsessed with our MC. He went berserk when he thought MC ran away when they were in Hawaii. (crazy things happened be warn) They got together after that. Then back to their lives in Korea. More insecurities, doubt, no communication, hiding their relationship, and so on. It's gonna be endless But for me, it was very understandable if you put yourself either in their positions. Ohh so the only reason the ML finally let go of our MC is when Inseop almost fkcng died coz of one of his fans. And there our ML went crazy. Kinda became mental (well he's already mental to begin with) Don't worry although the main story might turn out bittersweet but it's a happy happy ending, in the sidestories that is.
does the ML start treating him nicely at some point? :( also thanksss
He does! More than his own life. MC kinda became the meaning of his life. Although ML treats our MC like shit when they're doing it now but honestly he's already been treating him more than an actor treats his manager and a kidnapper treats his victim. And so when they got together as far as I remembered he became even more considerate to Inseop and crazier too
Does he grovel at all or at least show guilt for the part he played in uke’s friends death?
As much as I love groveling, I can't seem to remember which part that happened in the novel specifically. But there's wife-chasing of course. And honestly, I grew to love the ML more than our MC when I read the novel. For Jenny, if I remember correctly, he actually didn't play any part. It was Philip's so-called friends who did it that's why he will tell Inseop in the future chaps that he doesn't remember a single thing who this Jenny is. But if you consider being indifferent towards Jenny, who was acting kinda frantic in that party, then alright. I honestly can't blame the ML coz well he has a girlfriend back then. So it's normal for him not to care for another girl who is attracted to him. And well he has an APD and he's a clinically diagnosed sociopath so he cannot understand emotions unless he memorized it since he was a kid.

good to know! besides i've never blamed ML for Jenny's death, besides i really didn't like her character at all so i hope Inseop learns that it wasn't his fault either :(

Just finished rereading the manhwa and here I am thinking of rereading the novel. But then I remember all the shit that's about to happen once they got together (And I'm not talking about the madness that will take place on the island but after they go back to Korea) BUT OH SO LOVE THEM TRULY. I love them so much that I always have this urge to hit both of their heads on the wall coz they dont fuckn communicate!(╯°Д °)╯╧╧
