lmaoo ik he's a character but come on very few people especially a person who carried a child would up and leave them / call someone on a "bluff" of having their kid taken from them... also I genuinely don't think he's bluffing the five secs his dad was at that dinner you could tell he's detestable enough to take someone's child and never let them meet again. he'd probably brain wash the kid too .

I meant even if YeJun refuses I doubt Ian would leave the child helpless like that. And Ian would take the child before his father (Ian's dad) would. But idk, the old man barely even gave them a glance before he left the dinner.

I know what you mean but giving up his child so he can have a better life is an alternative. He only accepted the deal so he could remain with SiYeon. What's the worst that's gonna happen if he goes and says, fine you can have the child. But you can't have me?!? It's called standing up for yourself. Now, if Ian decides to refuse treatment based on YeJun's decision (to not marry him) then yeah, he's a real douche, and then for reals has no choice.
