Yeah, I don’t get it. Where’s the originality? There are other and more interesting ways for characters to meet/end up together. Some of my story ideas touch on traumatic experiences and abuse, but they don’t involve the love interest

I've gotten really into shounen Ai because usually they don't go crazy with the SA since it's more censored so they have to actually have to rely on an interesting plot instead of rape to get the story rolling
I read only 1 chapter and I'm already over it. God why can't these authors actually come up with something good?? Especially Korean authors use SA, Rape, Harassment, and Blackmail FOR EVERYTHING. As the introduction, the build up, the climax, as the whole freaking plot.
