Especially this one it’s written so very well
I love when manwah doesn’t only focus on the romantic aspect and the relationship- like how it’s often rushed, and it gets instantly sexual because it’s mainly based for pleasure of the audience
But this one is focusing on character development and giving us background stories
It gets us involved emotionally with the character, and it simulates the audience to want to support and root for the characters - as well as also focusing on the romantic aspect, but adding the part where these people are human, and have emotions and feelings, and those things need to be grown and earned- not rushed and forced for the whole purpose of pleasure
I absolutely love this Manwha a lot - when they come out with physical hard cover copies i’m definitely gonna purchase the series ^^

I've said this time and time again slow burn is only good when you focus on things outside of the romance. Building the characters involved in the romance is so important for slow burn. Imagine if this was just a classic married to the cold north duke manwha where none of the side characters. (family members in this case) were developed or had their arcs and stuff. THIS STORY WOULD BE SO BORING. but because now I care like I care about literally everyone it makes the romance hit so mucn harder
i understand slowburn romance now
