He probably explained it this time around and showed he’s not actually interested in the illegitimate child cause how much problems both the bio mum and child has been causing them. Like the child has caused problems by changing the way his son acts towards his family and being lazy in his company. Now look at the way she’s acting in public, ruining the family name. It seemed in the original plot his marriage to his wife was ruined, probably cause it wasn’t explained that the child was conceived due to him being drugged and raped. Or she might have assumed this was a child of a past love since she’s older than their daughter, idk if she’s older or the same age Ye-bin since not biological their son and was adopted.
Also it’s seems even tho their marriage was arranged, they still love each other, that’s not the usual case when it comes to marriages that were arranged.
Honestly I know it’s kinda odd to bring this up but i’m really glad the Mom’s reaction to her husband being drugged and raped was just that. That her husband was drugged and raped, we don’t really see a lot of media cover or acknowledge the fact that men can be raped by women too and it’s nice not to see him get blamed. I was honestly worried she’d not feel for her husband and resent them, they’re such a good couple.
