So basically he’s going to die and he’s right at deaths door but Hyo-un’s..energy I guess? Inside the orb is telling him to not do it because then he’ll die and he won’t see him anymore.
That’s why he’s crying and Taehyuk is confused because I think it’s trying to play out that he’s in a coma dream and he’s leading himself to just accept his regular life (or what he thinks is his normal life) so that he can stay there and die.
But the thing on the boat is convincing him he’s dying so when he says “Oh yeah, I was going to cross” (I think that’s what he says..I’m not about to reread for the 7th time) it’s telling him to just come and die.
