That's what I am saying during the time when he fucking that poor helpless girl the entire complex could arrive and kill him while he is preoccupied. There are so many ways to kill him. I just think the people are afraid to harm because they are themselves helpless.
They should just kill the owner. All the tenants hate him anyway, no one would tattle to the police.
