Somebody commented that the older brother did a lot of bad things and he was blame the ML and the mother believed it. And that's why she's like this with our cute boy

I know he had an older brother who was the golden child and now fallen (dead?) but still don’t understand what that has to do with karhan being treated poorly. Is he illegitimate or from a previous wife?? Obvi I don’t like the mom regardless but just wanna know
