Something shifted when Kangjin was in the hospital and he dreamt about Chisoo instead of Jungkwon. Honestly, it was a point of no return. We saw him being in love with Jungkwon but we also saw how his romantic love fell apart after he had that dream.

Honestly, Jungkwon x Kangjin will always have my heart but I also felt the shift when Kangjin felt it ╥﹏╥ the ending was probably for the best :') if he did ended up with one of the leads my heart would break for the other.
