I think “being friends” in the end is not gonna be easy for both of them, they really share a meaningful past, imposible to forget, and they both love each other, it is just difficult, I don’t think Jo is good for Ian, I mean he is nice, but it is clear that Ian doesn’t see him like a long term relationship. I hope they find happiness in their own way
