Some people really needs it to be spelled out for them to understand that not all that's happening on screen is the only thing that's happening
Yeah! We never see them sleep we see the go to sleep but not sleeping or what about classes. Im sure he does go to classes if not school would have called mom or seme made a good excuse for uke.
On chapter 6 they clean him up and go visit his mother.
Reason for him not leaving the shed id because he is in constant heat so he doesn't want to go outside because well the poor uke can't even walk without going full heat. As well this is the first omega so is heat cycle is all over the place.
Regarding the baths and cleaning looks like they do clean nit fully but he does get clean.
