I get the feel something really f*cked up is going on but I don't get it. Did the kid see things and was delusional? Or did those things really happen and know one else can see or tell?

I'm assuming that the "delusional" character was raped multiple times and called dicks "nessie" and vaginas "uma"
The alien abduction was probably a gang rape scene.
