ML is not the son of the King. He is the song of the queen and a random lover she had that was murdered by either the King or someone else. So, no, the FL and ML are not blood-related but they did grew up as siblings either way. The ML did know he wasn’t the king’s son all this time and in Chapter 51?, he states this to the King while the FL is there, so she finds out too.
last chapter i read was like chap 38 i think and because i wanted an idea of what happens later in the story i clicked on the most recent chap and its tittys which, not mad i like boobs, but, what?? m pretty positive that theyre half sibs and they like remembered their past lives respectively and they like confront each other about but like how did they get to being lovers and why?? is everybody chill with it are they not?? do i just incorrectly remember them sharing the same dad but different moms or is it true?? is the ‘cured child’ or whats his name actually not the kings?? what???? like i dont wanna continue reading this is its like incest even if they arent actually related they grew up under the belief that they were related if thats the case. like i wanna know what happened but at the same time i dont wanna read it to find out
