Idk, I hate it in most stories, but they're literally in prison so... I expect it.
I don't ever give rape a pass but I figured it would be in this. I was interested enough in the plot to keep reading. It's like American History X. You know there is going to be a lot of racism in it. Racism is horrible, I don't at all condone it but it doesn't make it a bad movie, the racism was necessary to not only tell the story, but as firm of awareness for what some people have to go through.
This story has rape on it but they're not trying to say nor imply that rape is good in any way, it just happens to be in the story as part of how bad the villain is. It also doesn't mean you have to read it. It absolutely is not only ok but understandable not wanting to read it, but this one in particular doesn't make anyone such whether they wrote nor read it.
Now if it is supposed to be a romance and this shit was happening, I'd be polite screaming along with ya lol.
Well its prob gonna get worse in this manga but nvm, like u said i dont have to read it and im so ok w it, but these days it keeps getting harder to find yaoi without rape or manipulation ykwim.
You should check out Smyrna and Capri. No rape and it's one of the most beautiful stories I've ever read!
I also have a guideverse list that goes in order of my favorites to my least favorites. Rape loses it points.
