Agree! JK never wanted love but sex. He said it in the beginning he’ll only take him in and pay all his debt if he allow himself to become his sex partner. Dan agreed upon it and knew the consequences and knew not to fall for him knowing jk is TOXIC. But somehow Dan fell and deep down inside him he “felt” Jk was a decent guy and now has all these emotions toward him. I don’t blame him, love comes in many different ways and somehow jk caught his attention lol. Anyways let’s hop Dan do something in a way. But as we know Dan is literally in Jk hands since he payed Dans debt, grandma hospital fees and etc. jk got to stop being an asshole but what can we do, we all came and read it bc of the toxic plot line
Yeah exactly. JK basically told Dan he was a scumbag frm the first meeting. He didnt really hide his intentions of treating Dan like a hole whenever he wanted. Dan himself agreed coz his debt was cleared, he got a good job, had security for grandma etc. Both went into this relation with benefits in mind & hand
Then along the way, Dan caught feelings and is struggling now with those emotions. Sure Jk acted like a total scumbag while he shud have just shrugged and accepted the gift. Maybe he thinks Dan is falling for him? And he hates that and so lashed out(sth to do with his past?)
Sure JK is an asshole but ppl really act like everything is his fault. Doesnt excuse his actions but Dan knew what he was getting into

Dan agreed to be available whenever JK wanted as a sex partner ryt? Even paid off his debt, gets good money now, good food, treated grandma with her cancer, etc etc. It was always a "i pay, u have sex relation" and Dan just went ahead and fell in love with JK.
Dunno how big the past is tho i doubt i'll pity JK over it but maybe its why he strictly maintains a sex partner type relation only
