This one too. I think what the author was going for was to kill the buffed, muscular, bulky body and give all that experience to the smaller new body so they can fight back and wont be bullied back . Ngl its satisfying seeing their bullies get their asses handed to them coz the twink knows kung fu or sth

So far i've read three "OG body dead, migrated into another body" Manhwas and its surprising how in all 3, the uke gets a twink like,more slender body.
