If I were Kael, I wouldnt be able to act friendly with the prince
Im pretty sure that if I have someone like Hess by my side, I wouldnt be able to give excuses over my former friend and crush anymore on what they did to me. Imagine taking back the friends that made you suicidal, that would hurt so much for me that I would think cutting relations would be the best.
But ofcourse that wouldnt be easy for kael since his friend is the crown prince, but still... I cant go back to the old days of having an easygoing conversation with them, Id probably just go think about work. Seriously... I wish he gets a bit petty to the crown prince and Diana but I guess its gonna be hard if he thinks that they are right and that hes the one who's wrong.
