I think sora was talking about witnessing riku getting raped in the past, as small kids(second grade from what he said). When sora saw it then, he probably didn't know what it was, and grew up kinda forgetting it or putting it off as a dream. But I think his subconscious kinda suspected cause if u guys didn't notice, it's kinda weird to spy on ur best friend in the nurses office unless u were suspicious of something. I also feel bad for riku. I mean, no offense, but he literally had a chance to nip this in the bud when they were younger but his child like mindset probably didn't register there was a problem. And by the time he became old enough to realize it was a crime, he had either forgotten it or written it off as a false memory.
