Smells like trouble...
In my opinion, Queen is really not preggo... Like some magic or something to make her look preggy.. and based on Anastasia's mom POV when reading the invitation, her brother (king) just wanna cause trouble or somehow make the children's lives miserable by saying "you'll serve the child when the time comes" , "you'll pledge loyalty to this baby chuchu"
