It is still debated but while that rumor is not proven true or false, there's no indication of the ML sleeping around with other people so far in the novel

I think it was hinted that he went to some place to gather information hence the perfume scent. Before their meeting its debated if he’s a virgin or not ig its up to the reader until the author confirms it.

Yes, Kishiar slept around, at least from his second gender awakening onwards (2 years), since he was figuring out exactly how that affected him. We don't know if he lost his virginity before awakening though. Yuder was most probably a virgin since he was so isolated before attending the Calvary exam.
