"Killing innocent lives is just so wrong" Rape is also wrong? The only thing is, you probably (hopefully) enjoy rape scenes that are fictional. (I hope you don't enjoy seeing people being raped in real life) same idea here. The violence is all fictional. If this were a real story, I wouldn't be shipping Sangwoo and Bum either.
You're completely entitled to your own opinion, though. But instead of saying contradictory things just say it's simply not your type of story

I think, the point of this story is not for people to like violent relationships. But instead to show you what it's like to be in a threatening relationship. Allowing you to empathize with the character as you feel his emotions and the thoughts that go through his head. How he's infatuated with this person who turns out to be a bad guy and how he's conflicted with the change. How he's having difficulty coming to accept that the person he loved and admired is not what he thought him to be. And how he's conflicted about wanting to run away but at the same time the affections the bad guy gives him keeps bringing him back as if there's hope for their relationship. And I also think that what the author intended is for the audience to experience all this and allow them to contemplate about what a person should do in this sort of situation and how to go about it. That is in contrast with a lot of rape-themed manga that romanticizes rape and doesn't really shed light at the psychological damage it can do to a person.
No matter how much I read this, trying to love the story like everybody else, I just cant love the violence in this. I know it's fantasy and all etc etc. Killing innocent lives is just so wrong.
Although, kudos to the author for making such characters and story to the point that I'm hating this when its Yaoi/BL.
Right now the only reason I check these updates is to see what will happen to Bum and to have him or someone butcher Sangwoo.
For the record, I'm not judging anyone who likes this. I mean, if its your thing then so be it. I for one like rape scenes, just not this. :p
