I think he's still a minor, if we compare to our mordern age, during olden times in korean coming of age was 15( which is actually 14 because in korean, they count the age as 1 right after they are born) and in the story they say the uke has passed his coming of age, so probably 15-16 or 17 maybe
the author has said that they wrote him as 18, though officially he’s 20 as to also follow modern laws (in korean you’re legal from 19 international age). the ml is 30.
I wonder how old is the uke, 15? 17? Because judging by the appearance, on ch 1 the uke was still a very small child probably like 9 or 10 and it's only 5 years after that so maybe he is still a minor, the seme seems older because on ch 1 when the uke was still a child the seme already looked like an adult
