The bottom will betray the top by attempting to stab him but since he knows the top wouldn't care even if he hurts him so he stabs himself and the top gets scared and cried cuz he thought he'll die. In the end the bottom got away from the top while the top rots in prison thinking the bottom died cuz the the "Do dude" told him. The final panel shows the bottom going on his own way and being happy

The ending is not what you expect and I actually really like it though I'm not excited to read the next chapters after 33
