I absolutely sympathize with him being timid and shy. But at the same time it doesn't make sense acting that way in a professional environment. It's annoying cuz he's literally creating problems for himself by not communicating properly/making moves for his comfort and crying instead. You cant just show the world some wet eyes and everything will be ok. But I like to complain, I know there'll be some type of development and I do hope Dan escapes this shitty situation
