FR LIKE WHY WAS CAESAR SUDDENLY BLEEDIMH WTF HAPPEND??

From what I remember, after ceasar met with black hair’s dad, they went outside the restaurant to go home together and ceasar brought up all the people main character slept with or something and he got jealous. And main character didn’t like his jealousy so he was like let’s break up then ceasar stabbed himself cuz i guess he was like “iF I cAnT hAve yOu, iLl jUst DiE”
