It ends, if the spanish translation is right, with them getting married in the rabbit kingdom and having 2 children. So the whole thing is pretty rushed where Neungso understands from his grandfather's pov and simply sees him as a pitiful child that was left behind with a heavy burden in his heart. The grandfather was always kind towards Neungso and if N didn't fulfill his royal duties, Grandfather didn't reprimand or scold him. For some reason Neungso is okay with this and realizes that he will be fine and truly valued as long has he has Haru. Haru then asks the King to fulfill his wish, in which the end day, the King himself declared that all those who talk bad about Neungso will be severely punished as his mate is Haru and talking bad about Neungso is talking bad about the Moon Rabbit, plus anyone who badmouths Neungso will suffer the Moon Rabbit's wrath. And in so, the Emperor also goes to find the one responsible for the nasty rumors of Neungso.
From then on, Neungso's friends/subordinates(??) I forgot their names, and Haru are the ones to come up with a plan to lift Neungso's reputation to help him win the favor of the people and make him the next King. Haru explains to do a whole campaign that he once saw in a drama and Neungso doubts if he would be any good. Haru then apologizes for putting him in this position knowing it's uncomfortable but he believes that Neungso will be able to do it. And to take it seriously of this whole King Campaign, Haru says they have to have a baby.
This results in them going at it for hours nonstop while Neungso's friends are the ones to find the ingredients to save Habibi and spread positive rumors about Neungso (and help the sick citizens now that they are curing Habibi) since citizens already have a good image of Neungso when he brought those humans into the Kingdom. This makes the brother super pissed and be angry all the time since he says its his birthright to be the one being the next king without any work and that Haru should be the one to have his children first. But from the way he acts in public, he starts to lose favor and gets further and further away from being king.
Then we have a nice scene where Haru and Neungso go on a walk, talking about how Neungso will have so much work to do if he becomes King. Neungso is more worried if he can have kids that grow up healthy but Haru tells him it will be alright and there a lot of people who he can depend on. Haru also tells him that he doesn't have to be the King now since Grandfather is still very healthy, and if Neungso doesn't want to be King, he can always find someone more suitable to take the throne when the time comes. They come across this place where small rock towers are where you can make a wish and Haru makes a wish. Haru doesn't want to tell Neungso his wish at first but after seeing Neungso give him puppy eyes, he tells him that his wish was for Neungso to always be more happy than before. Neungso tells him that his wish came true last spring and that the wish will always come true as long as he has Haru.
Then comes the news that Habibi has finally woken up. Then we see Habibi's dream where she's a little girl back at her house with I presume her mom stroking her hair. Habibi tells her mom how she had a rabbit and didn't properly take care of him which is why he got him a bride and then how she messed up and that if she ever sees her rabbit again, she will apologize cause she regrets everything she has done. Her mother tells her that it's okay and Haru would be very sad if she passed away so she needs to wake up. Which she does and she startles all the rabbits in the room with her before Haru comes rushing into her room and gives her a hug. He's very happy that she's awake and they both have a moment hugging each other, where Habibi says she's sorry and it's not his fault.
Then time passes and it's the first day of winter in the Rabbit Kingdom where a grand celebration is taking place. It's the union between the Moon Rabbit and the Crown Prince (now Neungso). They both look so cute in their wedding hanboks. Habibi is there sitting next to the King, representing Haru's mother. Neungso and Habibi stare at each other before Haru nudges Neungso to speak up. Neungso tells Habibi that he will take care of Haru GOOD AND PROPERLY (he's indirectly throwing jabs her bad home management skills). Haru tells her that he will be alright and live a happy life.
Habibi wants to cry but she holds herself and rambles about couples issues and whatnot but tells them to always trust the heart and those who support their happiness. And she shouts that no matter if its a girl or a boy, to give birth safely and live happy. Then Haru thanks her for raising him and taking care of him. Habibi remembers all their time together and thanks Haru for being her rabbit and then she cries.
Soon time passes again and Habibi is at her house trying to cook dinner but it turns out horribly that even her cat doesn't look surprised and decides its better to just order food. She cleans the house before she has guests to celebrate the new year, folding covers where she has two stuffed animals on top. A brown and white rabbit and then hears the doorbell ring. She happily rushes to the front gate where Neungso and Haru are visiting with their two children.
They're so fucking cute, a boy who looks like Neungso and a girl who looks like Haru. From the look of their clothes, it looks like they decided to stay in the Rabbit Kingdom and the children call Habibi grandma when they come visit. It ends with the children playing with the stuffed rabbits and all 5 of them eating together. The end.
Now the SP translation is somewhat different from the ENG so the conversations may be different when the last 3 chapters get released but this is the general idea. I hope this helps (=・ω・=)
wow....the way the comments did a whole 180 turn on Haru. I'M NOT SAYING YOU'RE WRONG TO DISLIKE HARU IN THIS CHAPTER, but I'm still surprised. Idk it's probably from how I know this ends from the somewhat bad spanish translation, I wonder how y'all will react.
I also am annoyed with Habibi & Haru but I understand Haru wanting to stay to heal Habibi. He was raised with Habibi who was always gentle with him and gave him a home. He sees Habibi as a caretaker figure so ofc he would want to save Habibi. He met Habibi first so he has that attachment. Ofc he would want to save the only family he has known longer but it doesn't justify ignoring Neungso's wishes. I know Neungso feels shitty and shouldn't have to relive his trauma but he can't keep running away from the root problem of his self-worth. I only wish it that Neungso had the choice to go to the Rabbit Kingdom when he wanted to face his past but not like this. No one here is in the right or wrong cause each side has their own selfish/protective reasons. But oh well, emotions make us do illogical decisions.
Also, it definitely feels like the Jinx comment section saying to let Dan's grandma die but replace it with Habibi But everyone to their own. I can understand both sides.
