I get that the translator was maybe being sarcastic, I don't know for sure, since I wasn't paying attention to the translator's notes and only noticed the weird r//pe comments. But why would they be sarcastic about r//pe? it's like saying "Oh my god, (insert random character) is so hot! I hope they get r//ped!" or "I can't wait for them to get r//ped!" And when you point out that it's weird to say it, they say "Oh I was being sarcastic." It just doesn't make sense. I know I'm maybe overreacting about it, I'm just weirded out by the fact that they were making r//pe comments. Whether they were being sarcastic or not, it's still not okay to make notes like that.
You misread it. The translator is always mocking the author for using rape and is criticizing it with sarcasm. Every translator note is talking about how awful the characters are for doing it.
When they say there better be, it's not because they want it, it's because the author seemed to want it. It's basically acting as the author to mock them.

What the fuck is wrong with the translator, "Well there better be some sexy r//pey sex scenes" is so fucking weird, even if it's fictional it's never okay to romanticize r//pe. And their note at the end of chapter 15.5 just made me disgusted.
