There's a flashback of the MC's husband, and considering that he's dead, and everyone knows he's dead (even the ML cause the husband is a known rich person), i doubt the kids are related at all

Idk if you read all the chapters, but ML's child is originally his dead sister's. So unless MC had another child with a women thats also not possible
I think the children looking like each other is a design decision to make them look more like a cohesive family when the mc and ml get together
So yeah, it's novel that mc isekai'd given there's no physical appearance. And u just said it was his sister's son. Conclusion, they put their own appearances which they have no relation at all to each other. Still makes me feel weird but, Thanks.
The story was overall cute, but it makes me feel weird how the parents' sons is oppose their faces to each other sons, little did they know they don't have any blood relations, even we still not see who's the biological father.
And how the plot go smoothly. It makes me half-heartedly reading it.
