I wonder if the current chirpie near Yoojin has his brother's soul from the alternative timeline or not especially given how chirpie seems to have space time powers so timelines barely makes much difference to him (just my assumption). Also, why did Chirpie even approach Yoojin, what made Yoojin a normal dude so attractive to chirpie for him to approach him on his own ?
