I guess they liked the weird vibe the manga gave off ? The mangaka can express every character's emotions quite well. I also like the plot it's interesting. However I think this manga is not good enough to be overly popular. I think maybe some ppl are just trying to be cool by saying they like this manga without having read it TwT
the characters did not have true emotions for me, they were SO overexaggerated and the plot is so stupid
