YES! YOU ARE TOTALLY RIGHT! Im tired of people overusing the term "slow burn" because this is just how healthy romantic relationship should develop
Idk if you've read this before but another manhwa that has immaculate slow burn is "Like wind on a dry branch". If you haven't read it already, I'd highly recommend it. The plot, the art, dialogues and most importantly the characters are so beautifully done.
