I kinda hope it wasn’t “all part of his plan” cause like- i don’t really like to think that he really made dazai out to be a fool. I genuinely hope he took him seriously and him activating his ability or smth was a “last minute” thing. Like i kinda hope he’ll avoid dazai if there’s ever a need to bc of this but idk- whatever the outcome is, i trust Kafka’s storymaking abilities
