No srsly!! Can someone explain how comic uploads work? Why not just publish them the same way you would a completed novel? Do they get paid every week for each chapter they upload or something? That method is obviously a sure way for the authors to burn out. It’s a little ridiculous to be taking a hiatus every 3/4 chapters

Im pretty sure authors make changes along the way wd the story. Ive seen sm authors write how their stories always take a 360 change frm their original story plan along the way. They also take into account the readers reaction to the story and change up the story to make it enjoyable. Plus it wouldnt be right to make a whole webtoon for it to flop yk, if the story is going nowhere its better to stop halfway then waste all the effort. Ive seen many vlogs and hiatus is so necessary cuz the authors get so burnt out but theyre trying their best to satisfy us readers. I dont think we hv the right to complain especially if we r reading their shit for free on an illegal website

Now lets take a look at completed long series. Even a finished 80 chaptered manhwa took at least 1 and a half year if they never took a break. So tell me who gonna pay for the roof on their head and food on their table for 1 and a half year hmm? Them taking a break is probabaly just a small buffer to make sure they dont overwork themselves in order to finish their comic every fucking week.

Lastly let me remind you read this comic for free on this illegal website, did nothing to support the creators whatsoever, you have nothing to lose anyway SO STOP COMPLAINING.

I hear that but as the writer that can be very exhausting and in the long run isn’t good for the authors. I’ve seen many times where good mangas go on extended hiatuses bc of health problems and it’s bc they push themselves to publish meet a weekly deadline.

Stfu you’re not supporting the author by being on here either dumbass. If it’s a published work, anyone can speak about it however they want. If I published work, I’d expect the same thing. If you don’t like the comment, no one asked your stuck up miserable ass to reply. Keep scrolling

LMAO thats my point i didnt support the creator so the least i could do was not act entitle and complain abt the most first world problem thats not even a problem to start with. Does it kill you when creators take hiatus? Instead of asking them to publish after everything is completed, why dont you wait a couple of years before reading then so other ppl who can and will pay them per chapters do that? Also i think mangago cut off my reply but basically i was saying publish everything only when its completed is not feasible cuz making comic takes 3 times or more longer than novels. Creators wont have options of taking side hustle to sustain themselves either because it takes too much time to finish the drawings (which involve so many stages) and the writing altogether

I really couldn’t care less what you’ve imagined in your worthless head about me being “entitled” or not. You don’t know me the original comment was harmless. My comment and question was harmless. You could have either kept scrolling or answered the question without assuming my character. This is a “public” platform. We are allowed to comment about ANYTHING THAT IS PUBLISHED. Bottom line, piss off somewhere else with that “entitled” this and that shit. No one asked you to join this thread with an attitude.
