Right!!.. Uusually they're so toxic in this genre, but it was sooo nice to read something with leads who have common sense, and uses real human way of thinking. plus, they were sooo cute together
YESSSSS like at some point i only read this type of stuff for the face slapping and op power fantasy while skipping the romance, but this has a great balance lol!
Like, i got so sick of the arrogant overbearing ceo type ml that basically bulldozes the fl and it just annoyed the heck out of me. I’m so glad this one didn’t have that lol
Yeah same, that's why it's been a while since I've read Chinese manhua, because of the same old toxic ML formula, so this was definitely a breathe of fresh air.

Hgffff I dunno. I do remember reading one where the mc had like pink hair and the ml had like orange hair, they basically ended up having a one night stand but he wasn’t the overbearing type which was nice. I might try to find it again if it sounds interesting enough for you.

So I’m still kinda confused about the being reborn thing. Cause she was reborn and got perks like being good at fighting and hacking and also knowing what happens in the future(including ml’s death at the beginning)
However, it’s revealed she didn’t actually get reborn and it was her uncle who hypnotized her into thinking she was so she would stay by ML
SO THEN HOW DOES THAT EXPLAIN THE OTHER STUFF. LIKE HOW IS SHE SUDDENLY REALLY GOOD AT MARTIAL ARTS AND HACKING. ALSO HOW DID SHE KNOW FUTURE EVENTS LIKE THE ML’S DEATH???? Im so confused!! So was she reborn or not? Cause I don’t think hypnosis will allow you to see the future lol
Honestly, they tried to make it realistic(?) by trying to explain it all via science and pseudoscience, but it just left so many plot holes that could be explained away with the original setting of the story XD
Also, why did she suddenly become a doctor at the end???? She went to school for music, was really good at fighting, was really good at hacking and computers, and even became a business owner. BUT NOW SHES A DOCTOR??? LIKE WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN. SHE WENT TO A UNIVERSITY FOR MUSIC AND NOT A MEDICAL SCHOOL.
LIKE AT LEAST GIVE HER YHE TRANSMIGRATION TROPE OF BEING A GOOD DOCTOR AT THE BEGINNING OF YHE SYORY OR SOMETHING CAUSE WTF WAS THIS????
Either way, I enjoyed the story despite all this lol XD it was entertaining to read and the ml was such a green flag that he’s even more of a green flag than some Korean manhwas lol XD which says a lot(since Chinese manhuas usually have the overbearing and toxic ceo mls for some reason)
If you want to read a story that starts from a lie about a fake relationship, but you’re sick of the reveal being drawn out and agonizing cause of stupid misunderstandings, than this is the story for you lol.
