Because Ophelia (og white hair) won't be Ophelia without Emilia. Since he's obsessed with Ophelia it's natural that he wants everything related to Ophelia in order to replicate her. Is what I think.

wait hold on does edmund(?) like only the og white haired or both emilia and og white hair??? why does he have a portrait/photo of both of em?? i expect with how he is towards emilia that he would like have her blocked out of sorts with any portrait he has of the two girls so im kinda confused??
