Is it too late to answer this question? The seme has a personality disorder and he has multiple identities in him, Dissociative Identity Disorder. He doesn't remember what his other identities did. Unfortunately, one of those identities is fond of abusing his partner during sex.

You're welcome, though I got to talk to someone who said it doesn't actually follow DID rather the story is a comedy about the disorder but I believe it featured the disorder more or less.
