I felt like that too. Like he's genuine asking when did they actually date because no one said anything just flop flop.
Knowing him, I feel like he didn't mean it in a rude way but was genuinely asking when did they start dating... And maybe he'll ask to have time?? IDK BUT I'M NOT READY FOR ANGST PLEASE TELL ME IT'S LIKE THIS
