I love Dante so much! He, Noe, Jeanne and Roland are my favorite characters, but I have a soft spot for Dante.
One thing that "bothers" me is how everyone here has a sad/ traumatic past, but depending on how a character chooses to live their life, it shows how it affects themselves and the others around them. When a character let's themselves be consumed by the hate and traumatic experiences that hurt them, they just create a never ending cycle of it, ending up traumatizing another person. Seeing Dante's reaction in this chapter makes me really happy to see that now he has people to rely on and that care about him, if it wasn't for them he would have probably ended up consumed by that hatred.
