Do you by chance what's in the ledger? I thought the secretary was bad. I thought he was going to kill the omega when he said he'd take care of it. So my prediction the guy will run away and the prosecutor will realize that he actually likes the omega... But then who is father I guess that's the next mystery...
It's been a long time since I've read the first chapters but i remember there was the father who kept messaging about finding the ledger... if I remember correctly it contained info on how the prosecutor's company was laundering money and doing illegal stuff with a pharmaceutical company that makes you change traits like what the ugly butler took to make himself an alpha. This is why they're all this shady about the butler setting himself on fire.
About the "taking care of him" my first thought was that he was going to pretend to kill him and hide him to use him later to expose the prosecutor. I don't remember what gave me the first impression that the secretary was done with him, I think in season 1 he kept doing "..." every time the prosecutor did awful things so I think I just connected that he wanted to betray him sooner or later.

This story is sorta similar to MCGUFFIN. RHYMES makes think of MCmuffins from McDonald's every time I hear the name. Alpha with a strange past connected to the omega who was in a mental hospital with amensia from past events with the Alpha and his family.
I knew it that the secretary was going to help him escape! He made him realise he was pregnant and now he showed him the ledger that he was desperately looking for. The prosecutor is quite smart tbh doubt anyone with a sane mind would look for it written in another person's body
