no if you read the translator's notes kana doesn't like aoi like that he was joking when he "confessed"
Kana is just friends with Aoi. He even says in the last chapter at the end that naho is his cute lover to aoi. He only told aoi he loved him bc they were joking, but he only loves naho as a lover and soo as a friend.
