Jigu is starting to get it (now in translated chapter) and the turning point is in chapter 33 then he'll do few things to confirm neuta is his neighbor. Neuta hasn't realize it yet (u until now in raw)
does anyone know when they find out who eachother are irl? or maybe the raws aren't that far ahead
