If you take just the bare traits and toss them in a bowl. Normally you'd say "congrats, that's one unlikeable a-hole".
But somehow, I look at this guy, who's a beast WAYYY before anything witchy happens, who's hungry and salivating for life without actual slobber and makes you think he'd crack your bones with his teeth (there are tooooo many of them, wayyy too many) before he even has fangs. And unknowingly I go "That one, I want him to survive."
