I do understand about the historical time, but I hope he explains at some point in detail about what was happening in chap 14. Just promising it won't happen again leaves too much to the imagination and causes me not to like him. So far, this has given me the impression that he fell in love with her when they met and his easily misunderstood behaviors are just that, misunderstood. I do not want to think he was truly about to cheat, and I don't think so now... but he needs to make it clear to me, otherwise, I'm divorcing him :)
