I like Rubenio so much

He’s genuinely so refreshing, like MC did not have to work for his affection or anything at all even though he canonically has a pretty bleak time before meeting Lofenia, and a pretty bad time afterwards and has boatloads of trauma
I’m sure he’d love his grandchildren even if they’d look like Kaiser, too. The line where he talks about loving other children because he’s reminded of MC is genuinely so incredibly sweet
