Title not making any sense

"Wet sand" there's literally no sand in where they live 'cause the place they literally live in is city and why would the title is wet sand when the one's wet is uke's ass. It would've been better if the title is uke's wet ass.

Titled “Wet sand” coz it means sinking deeper into shit. Hinting despair, corruption and darkness.

But I’m up for “Uke’s wet ass” too. Makes a 100% sense,

The title is making sense but I just can't seem to find the right definition for the story but the author said the title will make sense in the end of the story

Your explanation indicates that Ian will never get the life he desired for even at the end of the story. So probably he will choose TJ.

Probably but people can also be pulled from the wet sand with the right strategy (like literally, with someone else’s help or their own choice).

For this story? I don't know how that's going to happen but 19/20 years is not something easy for someone to win. TJ literally has everything to be an endgame.

I’ve read many stories where there are similar to TJ and have lost. But there are also stories where people like TJ have won, so it’s a 50/50 tbh.

It’s not hard to think it might happen cause Ian wants a normal life, TJ can’t give him that right now. He said he wants to live a peaceful and normal life, Jo is the only one who can give that unless TJ gives up the dangerous world for his beloved.

The important question right now does TJ really loves Ian romantically because notice we don't get to see much of his thought process of his feelings for Ian.

Nevertheless, this is actually is a tough battle rivalry for Jo because he's in disadvantage against TJ. I don't know how he will make him a worthy opponent for TJ.

We don’t see his POV but it’s obvious TJ does love Ian. And Ian probably has lingering feelings and a codependent relationship.

Jo is definitely at a disadvantage but it isn’t impossible.

Yes, he loves him but I'm not sure his feelings are romantic. Jo has to put a lot of effort to make him a worthy opponent for TJ. Ngl, but I think Jo will be the one to suffer the most. At first when I was reading the story, I thought the author was being unfair to Jo but later I realised that she want to challenge Jo if he's really capable of enduring the pain and struggle of getting what he want.
