now first of all, love the slow burn, the side characters were entertaining enough for me to not even notice the slow burn much especially the MC's deskmate like yes love tell me about how thinking about lunch makes u the happiest you've ever been because same, now coming to the important side characters the pretty omega (weonyi?) and the actor alpha(gido), i don't have much to say for weonyi but that he was a great character and a lovely example of my type of Omega, who knows how to stand up for himself and put up a fight like yes. coming to gido who is actually my personally favourite character, he was so well written like from his past to his struggles and trauma to his succes, i know everyone loved weonyi and wouldn't have minded if the mc ended up with him instead either but for me it was definitely gido, I loved him as a character and loved the influence he had on the mc in general towards his views about alphas and omegas, it's almost like internalised homophobia but then realising that oh it's okay for me to love whoever I want because at the end of the day we are all just humans who love other humans, loved the message ofc, another fact was that the ml was such a green flag, loved that ofc I feel like there could've been a little more depth to his character but I'm still satisfied with what we got, also loved the fact that the mc still went on that trip alone even though he started dating the ml, i really felt so empowered and validated as someone who loves enjoying my time traveling alone and prioritises it, because not everything has to be about your partner or significant other it can sometimes just be about you.
last point, i I completely ignored the side couple of that alpha and Omega, even in the side stories, look i can look over alot of things but physical violence and cheating is not one of them and never will be, that was the only reason I'll be deducting points for this manhwa, but who ever is into that toxic bs can knock themselves out w that but that's not for me, never was never will be, well either way I'm done for now thank u for reading my little Ted talk

now, let's get one thing out of the way before I write this review, i don't like omegaverses, there I said it, like ya ik men getting preggo wohoo yay but to me omegaverses just make everything heteronormative again which I absolutely hate, like the omega being so submissive, and the alpha being dominant, and them having these very heteronormative roles of the birth giver and bread earner and so on, i hope you guys get where I'm coming from, so I personally prefer ignoring omegaverses, but recently I've found myself being okay with any dynamic which isn't your typical alpha and Omega, like alpha and alpha, omega and Omega or alpha and beta or omega and beta or so on, so atleast things don't feel heteronormative, I'm a bisexual women with a preference for women so I find myself imagining never ever being put into super heteronormative roles like that so don't come at me for not being into them, and I also hate the concept of calling someone in a mlm/wlw relationship wife and the other husband just because of their sex postions or personalities or whatever because that's fucked up, they are both husband's/wife's, dont put straight labels on gay relationships like please.
