Honestly I also thought that it stems from something along those lines. In a previous chapter, he mentioned that his mom had full control over his life when he was little, he didn't insinuate that he was molested or anything like that though. But he could have been lying or trying to hide it.

I think boy over here has some ptsd or something with his mom. Like it’s a stretch for me to suggest this, but like, what if she molested him or something similar to him when he was younger and that aided to his sadistic nature when it comes to sex. The control he has when he has this type of sex could stem from him not having control with his past.
#－.－) I say this again with no proof and with no recollection of what was mentioned in previous chapters about his past with his family (if there were any) and his relationship with sex. So yeah. Just one of the first things that came to mind with his thoughts and reaction towards his mother seeing as we saw it mostly as how he saw her; the aura and really corrupt looking face l, although that could just be the artist style for faces lol, it be too weird sometimes lol
