that was...an experience!

I won't lie this author one of the best I've seen drawing intense sex scenes like damn, but I'm not the biggest fan of how the ml getting the mc to live with him, I liked where it was going before they slept together (I desperately needed a break from the angst and the grape scenes), but the way he acting reminding me of how he used to act a little too much. I don't get it cuz mans was hyperventilating abt mc possibly dying and wanting to do right be him cuz he regretted the way he treated him(as of recent I guess?) but this feels like a step backwards and too soon at that.

I would have preferred for the author to drag out his regret arc longer cuz that whole rut car grape scene still recent in my head, that was a tough read for me. Then once the mc was in a totally safe place, financially and mentally stable, maybe a house of his own living with his brother and having more time to breath I think a spicy scene wouldn't feel so wrong to me like this is.

A lot of bl artists like a mc with a humiliation kink, (Legs that Don't Walk the biggest humiliation kink I've ever scene like damn), and that's great, but for me, I like feeling that the ml's first priority is making the mc feel safe, or else mind break feels too grapey in my opinion. Like I said tho, can't rlly argue with their art work and detail wow, I've read a LOT of bl and this author's ability to really nail facial expressions always gets me. Also I'm a sucker for ml regret arcs so I only liked seeing him realize the effects of what he's done. It just feels to soon for me, but I'm still gonna see where it goes
